    Constantin ERINKOGLOU is originally from northern Greece. Driven by his thirst to "discover and know the world", he studied sociology in Strasbourg, completed his studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, travelled and carried out expert missions for the European Commission for ten years before choosing the path of Greek and organic products that he imported to France. A tasting in Brussels leads to the opening of NOTOS.
